The Plough pub & dining rooms offer an intimate setting based in the small village of Duloe on the outskirts of Looe, Cornwall. We pride ourselves on excellent food, excellent service and an excellent atmosphere to match. We source all of our food within the local area, supporting our local fishermen, growers & farmers, focussing on sustainability whilst delivering great food with amazing flavour. Check out our food map below and see where we source our food & drink from our great local suppliers. When visiting us please park on the road and not the pavement.
Our menus change with the seasons as we source locally utilising the fantastic fishermen, local growers & farmers on our doorstep. Click the buttons below to view the fantastic range of food & beverage we have on offer.

Last summer the industry suffered a record number of no-shows, this is crippling for our industry, which has already had a very challenging year. We incur a cost whether you show up or not; the staff that are there to look after you, the empty table we cannot resell, the overheads just to keep the doors open & not to mention we are operating with reduced table numbers. It’s a very fine balancing act. So this year we have had to introduce non-refundable deposits for groups of 6 or more (£10pp) to try to alleviate some of these issues.
So, we would ask you to call us on 01523 262556 if you cannot make your reservation, it would be hugely appreciated!
Please advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements you may have when booking.
We’re excited to announce we’ll be re-opening our doors on Wednesday 19th May 2021.

The Government now require EVERYONE over the age of 16 to check in individually when they arrive @ a hospitality venue. You will find a QR code @ the entrance for EVERYONE in your group to scan using the NHS Test & Trace app.
We please ask that you all do this when you arrive, it will save time getting you seated & ensure we are doing all we can to keep EVERYONE safe.
Keeping Us All Safe
We have revamped our restaurant and have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment and social distancing. Floor markings will be used for queue management systems and there will be clear signage asking people to observe social distancing.
Our team has been briefed and trained in our new, enhanced cleaning procedures and the responsibility they have to their colleagues and our guests. Areas of high contact will be deep cleaned every two hours and hand sanitiser stations will be available throughout the restaurant. We request you use them upon arrival and at regular intervals with us. Our staff will be sanitising every time they enter and leave their place of work.
Personal protective equipment is provided for necessary tasks and in use accordance with government guidelines.
Track & Trace
We will be complying with the Government regulations for Track & Trace, which means we will request your contact details when you dine or drink with us or you can use the NHS Track & Trace app. These details will be held securely for 14 days and then safely destroyed.
