Plough in the Park!
Plough In The Park is our answer to Covid-19. It’s our way of keeping you safe whilst bringing you the unmistakeable experience of The Plough. We’ll have a slightly different menu, slightly different drinks and slightly different surroundings but we’ll have the same great local ingredients, the same great service and the same great atmosphere.
What To Expect
We’re creating a fantastic venue for you to enjoy delicious food, ice-cold drinks and make new memories with friends & family. It’s right here in our car park, hence the name ‘Plough In The Park’. We’re going for a festival feel, whilst still using the same great local produce and providing the same, great service you can find inside our establishment.
We’ll be taking orders at your table whilst maintaining the 2 meter social distancing measures to keep you, and us, safe. Our delicious range of food and drinks delivered to your table in takeaway containers and you’re more than welcome to bring your own cutlery if you would like to. We STRONGLY recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment! As due to our strict social distancing measures, there are limited tables available.
As our car park is currently being used for the marquee, we request that you park on the road but please avoid parking on the pavement. You may also use the Jubilee Centre car park which is a 2 min walk down the road on the right as you head towards Liskeard.
When you dine with us, our full menus will be available via a QR code placed on your table which you can scan with your phone. This is to comply with COVID19 regulations and also helps us to reduce waste. If possible, please make sure you have a QR reader downloaded on your mobile phone.
In the meantime, you can find out what we’re cooking up in the kitchen by clicking on the menus below.
Feel free to bring your own cutlery!
Show us you’re having a great time!
Keeping Us All Safe
We have moved our restaurant into a marquee and have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment and a 2m social distance. Floor markings will be used for queue management systems and there will be clear signage asking people to observe the 2m social distance.
Our team has been briefed and trained in our new, enhanced cleaning procedures and the responsibility they have to their colleagues and our guests. Areas of high contact will be deep cleaned every two hours and hand sanitiser stations will be available throughout the marquee. We request you use them upon arrival and at regular intervals with us. Our staff will be sanitising every time they enter and leave their place of work.
Personal protective equipment is provided for necessary tasks and in use accordance with government guidelines.
Track & Trace
We will be complying with the Government regulations for Track & Trace, which means we will request your contact details when you dine or drink with us. These will be held securely for 14 days and then safely destroyed.
